Maintaining objectivity is essential when handling compliance issues, as is guaranteeing against retaliation. Passing through a third party easily accomplishes both.
What does the service include?
An email or a hotline to discuss and/or report specific issues. These will be reported anonymously to the Compliance Committee and documented accordingly.
Depending on the severity of the reported incidents, anything requiring the immediate attention of management will be brought directly by Arizona Compliance Solutions within the timeframe your organization requires.
